Inserted ECT/RFT Probe

Inserted ECT probe is to test non-ferrous tube (like Ti, Cu etc.) from tube ID.

RFT probe is to test ferrous tube (like carbon steel) from tube ID.

Probe cable length is made according to tube length, mostly between 0.5-15 meters.

Probe size is made according to each tube ID, and the optimal testing frequency shall be made according to tube material.

Out-through ECT Probe

Out-through probe is to test tube from tube OD.

EPWC is used for non-ferrous tube, like Ti, Cu etc.

EPWD is used for ferrous tube like carbon steel.

EPWD shall work with out-through magnetic saturator.

EPHF Probe

Type: weld probe

Frequency range: 100KHZ~200KHZ

Probe head diameter: 9mm, 11mm, 16mm

Application: specially designed for weld seam inspection with small lift-off effect to the rough weld surface

Surface ECT Probe

Surface probe is made for surface inspection, and is designed with various outlook according to the shape of the material to be tested.

Customized demand is available.

They can be used for surface inspection of auto parts, components, plates, and any metal material you want to check.

Probes are available to be made according to sample parts from customer based on experiments.
