Eddy Current Sorting System EEC-22D

EEC-309 is designed with MIMO and OFDM technology, which greatly improves the testing speed of RFT. It is widely applied for high speed tube inspection, heat exchangers inspection, condensers inspection etc. It also enables to inspect defects and check wall thickness at the same time.

EEC-FT wire inspection ECT is designed with 5 independent testing channels which can test 5 lines at the same time. The start and end of each channel can be controlled individually. The optional powerful report system makes the testing data analysis easily. It is widely used for tungsten wire inspection and molybdenum wire inpsection.

EEC-22D Eddy Current Sorting System is specially used for material sorting, hardness sorting, heat treatment sorting, and flaw inspection of metal tubes, bars, wires, auto parts, valves and various metal components. The difference of structure, case depth can be well separated too.

EEC-23 eddy current tester can be used for the on-line/off-line tube inspection, bar inspection, wire testing and so on. Work with different probes and accessories, this machine can realize different functions. For example, with saturation device, it can be used for the inspection of ferromagnetic materials; with special probes of welding, it can be used to test welding quality on line or by hand.

Heat exchanger tube inspecton system with ECT and RFT functions for both ferrous and non-ferrous tubes. Mixing function enables noise signal remove from the support plate, and tube sheet mapping enables to draw the tube layout and to mark the testing result with different colors.    

EEC-F ECT sorting system is provided for hardness sorting, material sorting, and heat treatment sorting. It can be used for inspection and sorting of metal tubes, bars, wires, auto parts, valves and various metal components. The difference of structure, surface hardness, case depth can be well separated too.

This new powerful eddy current flaw detector makes the manual inspection much easier, faster and more accurate. Defect inspection, weld inspection, conductivity measurement and coating thickness measurement are all included in this instrument. The all-in-one design makes the small body with strong function.

With 4-channel and 2-frequency design, this eddy current crack detection instrument enables high-sensitivity and high-efficiency manual inspection. Inspection settings for different applications can be stored in files and simply called up when needed.
